About the Journal
Sirajul Ilmu: Journal of Islamic Religious Education is a peer-reviewed academic journal dedicated to the advancement of scholarship in the field of Islamic Religious Education (Pendidikan Agama Islam). The journal serves as a scientific forum for researchers, educators, scholars, and practitioners to disseminate original research findings, theoretical studies, and critical reviews related to Islamic education in both formal and non-formal contexts.
The scope of the journal encompasses, but is not limited to, curriculum development in Islamic education, teaching and learning strategies, Islamic pedagogy, educational psychology in Islamic perspectives, integration of Islamic values in education, assessment and evaluation of Islamic learning, educational management of Islamic institutions, as well as contemporary issues and innovations in Islamic Religious Education.
Sirajul Ilmu aims to promote interdisciplinary and contextual approaches by engaging educational, social, cultural, and technological perspectives to strengthen the quality and relevance of Islamic education in response to global and local challenges. The journal welcomes manuscripts that contribute to the development of theory, policy, and practice in Islamic Religious Education at primary, secondary, and higher education levels.
